Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Shook Heating & Cooling is currently seeking a skilled and dependable Lead HVAC Installation Technician to join our team. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced installer who is ready to take on a leadership role and contribute to high-quality residential HVAC installations throughout the Metro Detroit area.We offer our Lead HVAC Installation Technicians competitive hourly pay ranging from $22 to $35, based on experience, and provide all required tools. Enjoy consistent hours and weekends off.As our Lead HVAC Installation Technician, you'll take charge of a two-person team to install heating and air conditioning systems across the Metro Detroit area. This position includes new construction HVAC installation projects.From coordinating installation steps to ensuring every detail meets our high standards, you'll be a key player in delivering comfort and reliability to our customers.
