Job Summary:
We are looking for some Hungry HVAC Installation Technicians with 2-5+ years experience to join our team! This role consists of Installations for Residential and Commercial establishments for Demo construction, Residential construction, T&I commercial remodels, as well as custom homes and retrofits for some residential customers. So we definitely need you to be versatile. 


 If you have past experience as an Installation technician, hold an EPA certification would be a plus, are a team player who is comfortable working independently as well, and you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing jobs and goals with quality & efficiency, have a positive attitude about ongoing training and want to learn, if that is you than we want to higher you! Responsibilities: 

• Demo, Installation & Retrofit of all types of heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems with water source HP units, VRFs, Pkg units, custom home retrofits, high efficiency units, multi zone mini splits, and new construction.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction and customer engagement
• Perform full installation and some start up procedures when needed in a timely manner while performing quality installation practices.
• Keep track of materials for your jobs and vehicle stock to keep top performance on all jobs
• Work with other team members to keep a great culture in our workspaces
• Have some or good knowledge of basic installation practices, airflow, refrigerant systems, and some trouble shooting knowledge to work together with tech support to complete jobs.

Qualifications: 

• Past experience as an HVAC Installation technician or comparable education
• Valid Drivers License
• able to pass a background check
• EPA Certification Universal
• Experience with operation and maintenance of chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, and geothermal systems
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40 pounds
