Overview: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in installing air conditioning systems. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality service and efficient HVAC solutions tailored to their needs.
Duties:
Must be able to crawl on hands and knees (crawl spaces / attics) and work in high heat areas (attics).
The Lead Installer is responsible for all components of heating and air conditioning installation in both residential and light commercial applications.
Must have proficient knowledge in installation in Split Systems, Package Units, Furnaces and Mini Splits.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding system operations needs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed.
Requirements:
Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC installation or related fields.
Strong understanding of air conditioning principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various HVAC issues in the field.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by project demands.
Valid driver's license required.
Able to pass background test.
