Lead Residential HVAC Installer
$36-$45 per Hour | Full-Time

Position Responsibilities
As a Lead Residential HVAC Installer, you will:
- Install residential heating and cooling systems for replacement and retrofit projects
- Install furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, and ductless mini-split systems
- Modify or fabricate duct systems as needed
- Install refrigeration lines, gas piping, venting, and low-voltage controls
- Start up and test newly installed equipment to verify proper operation
- Diagnose and resolve installation issues on-site
- Maintain safe, organized, and professional job sites
- Communicate effectively with homeowners while delivering outstanding customer service
- Complete all work in compliance with manufacturer specifications and local building codes
Qualifications
We''re looking for someone who has:
At least 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
Strong experience with retrofit and replacement installations
The ability to work independently while maintaining quality and efficiency
Experience installing:
Furnaces
Air conditioners
Heat pumps
Air handlers
Ductwork systems
Refrigeration piping
Gas piping
Knowledge of HVAC electrical systems and low-voltage controls
Experience performing system startups and operational testing
A valid driver''s license with a clean driving record
Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
