If you’re an experienced HVAC installer who can run jobs, install boilers, and take a project from start to finish, this is an opportunity worth looking at.
We’re hiring a Lead HVAC Installer with strong residential HVAC, boiler, and hydronic experience. You’ll take ownership of installations, work with quality equipment, and have the opportunity to lead helpers while continuing to grow with an established company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead HVAC and boiler installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, mini-splits, boilers, and tankless water heaters
- Complete cast-iron and condensing boiler installations
- Perform hydronic piping, copper piping, soldering, brazing, and ProPress
- Complete equipment wiring, startup, testing, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Lead and direct helpers or apprentices when assigned
- Ensure every installation meets code and manufacturer standards
- Provide professional communication with customers
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Ability to independently run installation projects
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Boiler and hydronic experience required
- Experience installing cast-iron and condensing boilers
- Strong piping, brazing, soldering, and ProPress skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship
EPA Certification and tankless water heater experience are a plus.
