This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who sets the standard on job sites and helps develop the next generation of technicians. What You'll DoLead residential HVAC installations (furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductwork)Supervise and mentor install helpers and junior techniciansEnsure all work meets code, safety standards, and company quality expectationsCommunicate clearly with homeowners on-siteTroubleshoot and solve installation challenges efficientlyMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesWhat We're Looking For3+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead experience preferred)Strong knowledge of residential systems and installation best practicesEPA Certification requiredValid driver's license with a clean recordStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsPride in workmanship and attention to detailWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly pay + performance bonusesCompany vehicle or allowanceHealth, dental, and vision benefitsPaid time off & holidaysYear-round, stable workClear path for advancement
