About the Role:
Right Guys Heating & Air is looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our growing team in Fort Mill, SC! Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee full HVAC system installations, including split systems, heat pumps, and air handlers
• Direct and mentor installation crew members to ensure quality workmanship and efficiency
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment specifications
• Ensure all installations meet local codes, manufacturer specs, and safety standards
• Coordinate with project managers and dispatchers to meet job schedules and deadlines
• Perform quality control checks on completed installations before sign-off
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness throughout each project

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience required
• Prior lead or supervisory experience on installation crews preferred
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read blueprints, load calculations, and equipment manuals
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments
