Lead HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled LeadHVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment while ensuring projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. This role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. This position does not require over-night travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of commercial HVAC equipment, ductwork etc.
• Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and job specifications
• Ensure installations meet code requirements, safety standards, and company quality expectations
• Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure successful project completion
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation-related issues as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and applicable codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• EPA certification required; additional licenses or certifications a plus
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Professional communication and teamwork skills
