Description
A well-established residential home services company in the greater Los Angeles area is currently looking to add a Lead HVAC Installer to the team. This is a full-time role for an experienced installer who can handle complex equipment and bring other installers up to their standard.
This is not a single-stage changeout job. The majority of the work is residential, and the systems are modern: variable speed, communicating equipment installed to manufacturer spec. You will run installs start to finish and serve as the technical leader on the install team, teaching what you know as the department grows.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead residential HVAC installations start to finish, including full system replacements
• Install variable speed and communicating systems to manufacturer specifications
• Train, mentor, and quality-check other installers on the team
• Commission systems properly and ensure every install passes inspection
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners on every job
• Uphold safety, code, and workmanship standards on every install
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Proven residential HVAC installation experience beyond basic single-stage systems, including variable speed and communicating equipment
• EPA Universal certification required
• NATE certification preferred
• Lennox experience is a plus; strong installers who can come up to speed on any brand are welcome
• Ability to teach and lead other installers, not just do the work yourself
• Lives in Los Angeles or Orange County
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment
