Responsibilities:
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring every job meets company, manufacturer, and code standards
- Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork
- Mentor and support install team members, setting the standard for quality, safety, and professionalism
- Diagnose and resolve installation or startup issues to ensure systems operate properly before leaving the job
- Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the installation process and answer questions with confidence
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site while following all safety protocols and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Proven experience leading complete HVAC installations
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work a 7:00 AM start, Monday-Friday (occasional Saturdays available)
- Ability to perform physical work in all seasons
