Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Install HVAC systems according to specifications and company standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and building codes.
• Coordinate with Install Manager to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and submit reports as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Installer with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation, and tools used in our industry.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Ability to read and understand Manual D and J provided by the manager per job.
• Certification in HVAC systems is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Valid Drivers license.
• Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
• Personal hand tools, guages, Battery operated tools.
• High energy level.
• Experience 3-5 years minimum.
