You and your team head to various job sites, where you lead the installation of heating and cooling systems, troubleshoot any issues, and ensure everything is running smoothly. You're not just an installer-you're a leader, building a positive culture on the job and ensuring customer satisfaction at every step. From start to finish, you ensure top-notch quality and efficiency in all your installations.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS3-5+ years of HVAC installation experienceStrong troubleshooting skills and ability to install heating and cooling systemsExperience leading install crewsPreferred:Own hand tools (company provides specialty tools)EPA CertificationWORK SCHEDULEThis full-time heating and cooling position works Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
