We're hiring aLead Residential HVAC Installer to run installation projects across the Phoenix metro area.

Overview: Responsibilities include HVAC system installation and changeouts, commissioning, job organization, communicating with homeowners, and maintaining clean job sites.

Pay: $30.00 - $36.00 per hour

Hours: Monday through Friday ** No Weekends! Overtime Available

The Type of Installer We're Looking For:

• We want installers who care about their work and take pride in a job done right.
• Our installers focus on clean, professional installations - not rushed volume installs.

You should be comfortable leading jobs and installing:

• Residential AC systems
• Heat pumps
• Furnaces
• Duct modifications
• Indoor air quality accessories

Requirements

• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with HVAC system changeouts
• EPA certification
• NATE certification or willingness to obtain
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices
