We're currently seeking a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team.
Job Summary:Perform expert installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, ensuring proper setup, optimal efficiency, safety, and long-term comfort for our customers.
Pay Scale: $27 - $40 per hour, depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- At least 4 years of HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, installation practices, and safety standards
- Journeyman HVAC card for ID
- NATE certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various indoor/outdoor environments
