We are looking for a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 2+ Years Previous experience in lead HVAC install position
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to instruct and tech installation assistant
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
