We are hiring an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in Fort Pierce, FL. This role is responsible for leading residential HVAC installations from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship, proper system startup, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Lead and complete residential HVAC installations, replacements, and change-outs
Install and connect HVAC equipment, refrigerant lines, electrical, condensate, thermostats, and ductwork
Perform brazing, pressure testing, evacuation, refrigerant charging, and system startup/commissioning
Troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, airflow, and equipment issues
Read and follow manufacturer specifications and mechanical drawings
Lead and coach helpers or installation crew members
Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites
Communicate professionally with homeowners and management
Ensure installations meet company standards and applicable codes
Qualifications
5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
Proven residential HVAC installation experience
Lead or crew experience preferred
Strong knowledge of split systems and heat pumps
Experience with HVAC startup, commissioning, and troubleshooting
