Lead HVAC Installer | $35.00 - $50.00 per hour + SpiffsWork Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional overtimeJob Duties: Residential and light commercial retrofit / changeout installations Installations include ducted and ductless equipmentInstalling gas pip, and refrigerant pipe Electric furnaces, heat pumps, split systems, mini splits, RTU's, etc.Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprintsStart ups and test and balance systemsConsult with customer on repair, upgrade, IAQ accessories and replacement options Train and work with apprentices Supervise the work of other installers, maintaining high-quality and timely job performanceAll Seasons Inc | Tacoma WAWe are a family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving Tacoma and the surrounding areas with expert, reliable services.
