Your Role as a Lead Tech

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems with a focus on quality and efficiency
• Handle boiler systems
• Guide and support other technicians in the field
• Ensure jobs are completed to a high standard and on schedule
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and provide trusted recommendations

Most of our work is residential, with occasional light commercial service.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Overtime available as needed

Compensation

• $38-$55 per hour, depending on experience
• Additional earning potential through performance incentives and spiffs

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service experience
• Strong boiler experience is required
• Proven ability to lead and mentor others
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• EPA Universal Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• NATE certification is a plus
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and blueprints
• Comfortable working on ladders up to 20 feet
• Strong communication skills with customers
