Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and controls according to specifications and codes
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and seasonal system checks
- Troubleshoot system failures and recommend long-term solutions to customers
- Communicate clearly with clients and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and service
- Complete work orders, documentation, and time logs accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
- Participate in on-call rotations, weekend work, and overtime as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience preferred
- Valid EPA Certification required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated and accountable for job performance and time management
