Lead HVAC Service Technician

Location: Loveland, CO

Pay: $30–$40/hour + Commissions, Bonuses, and Additional Employer-Paid Benefits

A growing HVAC company in the Loveland area is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join its team. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys diagnosing and repairing systems, building customer relationships, and contributing to a company that values growth, teamwork, and employee input.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential HVAC systems.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure proper system operation.

• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.

• Educate customers on repair and replacement options.

• Document work performed, equipment information, and customer recommendations.

• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area.

• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and team members.

• Participate in ongoing training and assist with mentoring junior technicians as needed.

Equipment Experience Preferred

• Gas furnaces

• Air conditioners

• Heat pumps

• Electric furnaces

• Ductless mini-splits

• Indoor air quality equipment

• Residential zoning and control systems

Qualifications

• EPA Certification required.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

• Applicable HVAC licensing/certifications preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined spaces.

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor throughout the day.
