What You'll Earn
- $10,000 Signing Bonus for qualified, experienced technicians
- Base Salary: $40,000-$60,000 (based on experience)
- Total Compensation:$65,000-$100,000+ with performance bonuses, spiffs, and incentives

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform advanced system testing and inspections
- Present repair options and recommendations to customers
- Complete high-quality repairs with professionalism and efficiency
- Document work, prepare invoices, and collect on-site payments
- Work safely within electrical and mechanical code requirements
- Troubleshoot low- and high-voltage systems
- Apply HVAC sizing and design principles in the field
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every service call
Requirements
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred
- Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
