Your Impact

• Foreman responsibility for residential and commercial HVAC installations from kickoff to completion.
• Champion safety and quality, ensuring all work meets codes, standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Coach, train, and support junior installers to build a high-performing team.
• Conduct on-site assessments and convert findings into detailed installation plans.
• Serve as the point of contact for customers, keeping them informed and confident.
• Track materials, labor, and progress for accurate documentation and closeout.
• Coordinate with service, sales, and dispatch to keep schedules tight and projects smooth.
• Continuously learn and apply the latest HVAC technologies and best practices.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent; formal HVAC training/certifications preferred.
• At least 5 years in HVAC installation and 2+ years in a lead/foreman role.
• Expertise with system components and modern installation methods.
• Detail-driven problem solver with strong ownership.
• Comfortable working solo or with a team in fast-moving environments.
• Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clear, professional communication and solid people skills.
• Availability for flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
