Lead HVAC Technician

The Lead HVAC Technician plays a critical role in overseeing HVAC system diagnosis, installation, and maintenance while leading a medium-sized team of 4 to 7 technicians. This position ensures high-quality workmanship, enforces safety standards, and manages inventory to support smooth operations within the HVAC department.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues effectively
• Oversee installation projects ensuring compliance with specifications
• Lead and coordinate a team of 4-7 technicians to maximize productivity
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure service excellence
• Manage inventory of HVAC equipment and supplies

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair

• EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification
