Position: Lead HVAC Technician
Industry leading facility maintenance company is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance staff, assign work orders and preform inspections.
- Reviews job requests and work orders daily to determine workload priorities.
- Assign work to staff and monitors progress towards completion.
- Performs preventive and some corrective maintenance services to existing HVAC equipment
- Installs, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, engines, pumps, belts, and fans
- Strong commercial experience or institutional experience
- Must be able to read blueprints and as-built drawings
- 3 years plus experience in building maintenance.
- Willing and able to work occasional on-call shifts.
- EPA & HVAC certification required.
