Job title: Salesforce Tester (Hybrid)

Position Overview:
As the Salesforce QA, you will be working on the Salesforce platform to develop and execute tests to ensure product quality. You will be responsible for Quality Engineering through all phases of the development lifecycle and be well versed in full stack (backend & frontend) testing. Tester must have STRONG Experience in Agentforce Work.
Key Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with stakeholders to understand project objectives, gather test requirements, and troubleshoot issues.
Design, develop, and manage testing artifacts to ensure proper reuse, versioning, backups, organization, and retention.
Compile test results data, prepare and report test results both formally and informally.
Communicate results information to technical and non-technical audiences.
Actively work with development and infrastructure teams for integrating test automation as an integral part of the continuous delivery pipeline.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years of QA experience.
Involvement in a minimum of 3–5 Salesforce projects.
Extensive UI testing in Salesforce Core Clouds.
Strong experience in writing SQL queries and post-data migration validations.
Strong experience in Agentforce Work.
Strong technical and testing skills.
Knowledge of various software testing strategies and approaches.
Should have worked on a minimum of 3–5 SFDC projects with at least 6 months each.
Must have good functional knowledge of Salesforce products.
Experience in testing web-based applications in a SaaS architecture.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills.
Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a distributed team.
Passionate about leveraging test automation to dramatically increase speed and quality of software delivery processes.
