Lead Immigration Case ManagerLocation: Lawrenceville, GA (In‑Office)Compensation: $65,000–$75,000 + Performance BonusWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Lead Immigration Paralegal to join our growing, client‑centered immigration law firm. This role is ideal for someone who can confidently manage complex USCIS and EOIR matters while also leading and mentoring support staff in a fast‑paced legal environment.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail‑oriented, and capable of independently managing immigration cases from intake through filing and follow‑up. This individual should also have a leadership mindset and a strong commitment to providing compassionate, high‑quality service to immigrant families.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage immigration cases from intake through filing and follow‑up, including:Family‑based petitions (I‑130, Adjustment of Status)U Visas, VAWAs, I‑751s, N‑400s and FOIAsEOIR‑42A/42B applicationsAsylum applications (I‑589)Bond motions and EOIR motionsEvidence packets and supporting documentationTrack USCIS and EOIR deadlines, filings, RFEs, court dates, renewals, and follow‑ups using Clio and DocketwiseSupervise and mentor support staff to ensure accountability, efficiency, and quality control in case preparationReview case files, forms, declarations, motions, and filings for completeness and accuracyCommunicate clearly and professionally with clients, courts, and government agenciesMaintain accurate and current case statuses to ensure deadlines and deliverables are metCollaborate with the attorneys regarding case strategy and identify procedural, legal, or deadline‑related issues early and elevate when necessaryRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of paralegal experience that includes USCIS and EOIR mattersStrong working knowledge of immigration procedures, filings, and case managementAbility to independently manage cases with minimal supervisionLeadership experience supervising support staff or legal teams preferredStrong writing skills, including cover letters, declarations, motions, and client communicationsExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentBilingual English/Spanish strongly preferredCompensation & BenefitsPerformance bonusesPaid time off and paid holidaysHealth, dental and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchOpportunities for advancement within a growing firmFree parkingWhy Join Our FirmOur firm is built on a foundation of compassionate advocacy, integrity, attentive client service, and excellence in legal work.
