We are seeking a reliable, entry-level Lead-In-Training Installer to join our team and support installations of residential HVAC systems. The Lead-In-Training Installer will assist in complete heat pump or air-conditioner/furnace change-outs in a resident's home following industry, manufacturer, and company practices. The company will provide training in our office, classroom, and on-the-job. The successful candidate will have strong work-ethic, problem-solving skills and be able to learn to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Lead Installer on each installation job following the job summary, pictures and videos, and guidance from the Installation Manager.
- Help prepare the installation truck with all supplies and materials necessary to complete each job.
- Communicate frequently with the Lead Installer to ensure adherence to quality expectations
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
- 1 year minimum of HVAC installation experience
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Proficiency with hand and power tools
- Introductory knowledge of electrical, plumbing
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Valid, insurable driver's license and pass a drug screening
