Key Responsibilities:
Provide a safe and welcoming environment for infants, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Engage infants in age-appropriate activities that promote their cognitive and social development.
Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive and supportive classroom environment.
Maintain open communication with parents regarding their childs progress and development.
Observe and assess each childs growth and adapt activities to meet their individual needs.
Required Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience working with infants or in a similar educational setting.
Ability to create a flexible and adaptable classroom environment that meets the needs of all children.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with parents and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional training or coursework related to early childhood education.
