Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for infants.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes growth and development.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and daily activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements:
- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with infants in a childcare setting.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification required.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children.
- Background checks and clearances as required by state regulations.
