Job Description

The primary focus of an Internet Sales representative is to sell solutions and services to existing Oracle Health customers and to prospective new customers in the assigned territory or vertical.

As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sale online or by phone. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business. Responsible for understanding Oracle''s product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.32 to $45.29 per hour; from: $58,900 to $94,200 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50 - 65/35.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and manage various sales initiatives and processes for a portfolio of Oracle Health accounts-delivering high value to your aligned Account Executives and their accounts.

  • Proactively engage customers over phone, video, and digital channels to outline Oracle's value proposition and uncover upsell opportunities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, build consultative relationships, and provide ongoing account management and guidance.

  • Accurately forecast, track, and close renewals and upsell opportunities to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

  • Identify and address risks to sales opportunities, partnering with Customer Success and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Efficiently manage your pipeline, accounts, and activities within Oracle's CRM and sales platforms.

  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across sales, product, and support to communicate customer needs and advocate for solutions.

About You:

  • 3+ years of inside sales, SaaS expansion, account management, or related experience-ideally within the healthcare industry.

  • In-depth understanding of the full sales cycle, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas through phone, virtual, and digital engagement.

  • Ability to collaborate with aligned Account Executives and Sales Leaders to enable sales success.

  • Proven negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.

  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and proactive approach to customer challenges.

  • Experience building relationships and closing sales with minimal direction.

  • Previous healthcare information technology sales experience is a strong advantage.
