What you’ll do
- Lead residential HVAC installs and changeouts, primarily straight‑cool systems, with some light commercial work.
- Install, replace, and start up heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
- Direct and mentor helpers to ensure safe, clean, high‑quality work.
- Use materials efficiently and help maintain an organized stock of parts and equipment.
- Keep your truck, tools, and paperwork organized so your day runs smooth.
- Complete invoices, route sheets, and required paperwork accurately.
- Collect payment or payment information from customers when needed.
- Represent the company professionally with customers and teammates.
What it takes
- Strong residential HVAC install experience as a lead or senior installer.
- EPA certification required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work safely in the field.
- Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and pride in your work.
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
