Team Leadership & Mentorship: Supervise installation crews, assign daily tasks, manage workflow, and provide hands-on training to junior installers.
Project Coordination: Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients to ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.
Quality & Code Compliance: Ensure all installations meet local, state, and federal building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
Field Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical challenges or installation issues in real-time.
Safety Enforcement: Maintain a safe job site by enforcing OSHA and company safety protocols.
Documentation: Complete accurate job logs, track materials, and finalize close-out reports using field management software.
