We are looking for experienced technicians from related industries like HVAC, flooring, trim carpentry, general remodeling, or appliance installation to join our dedicated team. We provide specialized product training to build on your existing skills and help you become an expert in a high-demand field.



Position Summary:


As a Skilled Installer, you will be the face of our company, responsible for the high-quality installation and service of a wide variety of home improvement products. You will play a critical role in bringing our clients' visions to life, ensuring safety, functionality, and exceptional craftsmanship. Your expertise will enhance customer satisfaction and solidify our reputation for excellence.


What You'll Do (Essential Duties):


  • Perform expert installations of fireplaces, stoves, custom glass (shower doors/mirrors), and other products according to manufacturer specifications and industry best practices.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly and placement.

  • Conduct site assessments to plan for a smooth, efficient, and safe installation process.

  • Interact professionally with homeowners, explaining the installation process, answering questions, and providing instructions on product use and care.

  • Perform diagnostic checks, service, and repairs on a variety of systems.

  • Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and job site.

  • Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time on the job.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):


  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related skilled trade such as HVAC, carpentry, remodeling, flooring, cabinet making, or complex appliance installation.

  • Proven ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Physical Requirements:


  • Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

  • Comfortable working on ladders, at various heights, and occasionally in tight spaces.

  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and climb for extended periods.
