Lead Installer / Crew Lead (Growth Opportunity)

We’re a fast-growing, family-owned business looking for a hands-on Crew Lead to run small installation teams and help deliver high-quality screen porch projects.

What You’ll Do · Lead a 1–3 person crew on residential screen installation jobs · Install and repair porch and window screens (we will train you) · Problem-solve on-site issues · Keep jobs moving efficiently while maintaining high quality · Communicate professionally with homeowners · Support shop organization, materials, and occasional deliveries

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs
Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
