Responsible for installation of sinks, countertops, and shower systems at remote customer locations and for communicating with customers at jobsites in a professional and courteous manner.
Essential Functions and Key Responsibilities:
Installs countertops, sinks and shower systems at remote customer locations in accordance with Tower Industries’ procedures and industry standards.
Provides direction and training to installer helpers and installer apprentices on installation techniques.
Template at customer locations for installation of countertops, sinks and shower systems using either hard templates or laser templating system.
Communicates with customers in a professional and courteous manner including notifying customers in advance of expected arrival time at jobsite. Present a professional appearance to customers (personal appearance and clothing)
Inspects and measures pieces to be installed prior to leaving plant to minimize potential for jobsite returns.
