    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute strategies to grow our insurance footprint throughout the Abingdon area.

    Guide prospective clients through our range of coverage options to find plans that truly meet their needs.

    Conduct thorough reviews of existing policies to ensure clients are properly protected as their lives change.

    Manage and nurture a pipeline of leads, turning inquiries into long-term partnerships.

    Collaborate with our office team to streamline the renewal and onboarding process.

    Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local gatherings to deepen our ties with the neighborhood.


    Requirements

    Valid Virginia Property and Casualty insurance license.

    Three or more years of experience managing client portfolios in an agency setting.

    Demonstrated ability to close sales and meet production targets.

    High level of comfort using digital policy management software and Microsoft Office.

    Strong organizational skills for managing detailed client documentation.

    Clear and professional communication skills for building client relationships.

    Associate or Bachelors degree in business or a related field is a plus.
