Job Summary:
This role seeks a seasoned Integration Developer with a strong focus on middleware and cloud solutions, especially with expertise in IBM ACE/WebSphere MQ and AWS Technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to development, testing, and implementation of complex solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and robust support post-launch. Collaboration in an agile environment, adherence to programming standards, and the ability to offer innovative technical solutions are critical to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, implement, and evaluate complex solutions in a collaborative agile environment.
  • Offer programming support, deploy code effectively, and actively contribute to system design discussions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues with superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Recommend technology infrastructure improvements and participate actively in process optimization.
  • Review, implement, and document software updates and patches, ensuring up-to-date technical documentation.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with IBM ACE/WebSphere MQ and AWS Cloud technologies.
  • Proficient in programming languages like NodeJS or Python.
  • Strong foundation in Agile methodologies with the ability to participate effectively in scrums and project updates.
Industry Experience:
  • Experience in integration technologies specific to messaging-based middleware and cloud deployments.
  • Proficient in infrastructure as code (IaC) practices, preferably with Terraform experience.

This position demands a candidate who can demonstrate not only technical proficiency but also a keen ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Candidates are expected to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field, along with a strong analytical mindset and detailed-oriented approach to software development and implementation.
