Lead iOS DeveloperRequired Experience- Must have led and managed at least 3 to 5 mid-to-large custom implementation projects.
- Experience leading execution of complex technical projects.
- Experience overseeing and coordinating development activities across teams of senior and lead developers.
- Strong background structuring technical work for medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
- Expert understanding of IT architecture principles.
- Experience collaborating with architecture teams in the design of systems and applications.
- Proven ability to establish technical direction and mentor development teams.
- Deep understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application architecture concepts.
Top Required Skills1. iOS Native Software Development (Swift)- 8+ years of experience required.
2. Solution Design & Technical Architecture- 8+ years designing and implementing technical solutions to meet complex business requirements.
3. Production Support & Defect Resolution- 5+ years troubleshooting and resolving code defects and production issues.

- Lead feature decomposition and story creation efforts.
- Plan work, identify dependencies, and mitigate risks through impact analysis.
- Support teammates and contribute to successful Program Increment (PI) execution.
