Lead IT Business Analyst and QA Analyst

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $68.00hr

Job Overview:

The EMIT BA/QA Analyst supports the migration of sites from LDAP to Active Directory by defining security role requirements, executing and automating testing, validating deployments, and providing post-production support. The candidate will follow the organization's SDLC processes for Business Analysis and Quality Assurance to ensure successful project delivery.

Project Scope:

The project involves Call Center, Retail, and Security applications migrating from LDAP to Active Directory.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar position with experience in business analysis and quality assurance.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation and gathering processes.
• Demonstrated experience in software testing life cycle activities, fundamentals of test architecture, and test design principles for XX-box and grey-box testing.
• Knowledge of manual and automated testing for UI, back-end/batch, and data conversion/ETL.
• Experience with databases, including the ability to create, execute, and understand SQL queries to assist in data development and research.
• Experience in working in multiple test environments and management of test data across them.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks or projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and documentation skills.
• Strong organizational and team-working skills with the ability to coordinate in a diverse, dynamic environment.
• Experience with project tracking systems such as Jira as well as Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have:

• Experience in implementing Active Directory or A.D. B2C projects.
• Experience in writing requirements and testing projects with defined security roles.
