Lead IT Business Systems Analyst (SAP Benefits & Payroll)Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: Contract
Required Skills- 8+ years of SAP HR Benefits & Payroll functional experience
- 8+ years of SAP Benefits (ECC 6.0), including 5+ years on SAP ECC 6.0
- 3+ years of Public Sector SAP Benefits/Payroll experience
- Strong SAP Payroll Configuration expertise
- Experience with Payroll Rules, Schemas, Functions, and Wage Type Configuration
- Integration between SAP Payroll and SAP Finance
- Business requirements gathering, documentation, and solution design
- SAP Payroll testing and defect resolution
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and knowledge transfer skills
Responsibilities- Lead SAP Benefits & Payroll functional configuration and support activities.
- Configure payroll rules, schemas, functions, and wage types.
- Gather and document complex business requirements.
- Design and implement SAP Benefits and Payroll enhancements.
- Support SAP Payroll–Finance integrations.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain benefits/payroll reports and automate benefit processes.
- Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
