The Lead IT GRC will oversee the development and execution of the organization's IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities include creating and maintaining security policies, managing control documents, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring controls are tested and documented. The role involves working with security architects on SDLC and project compliance, leading policy socialization and training, and automating GRC processes using tools like ServiceNow IRM and PowerBI dashboards.
Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, experience in policy management, risk assessment, and control operations, and the ability to collaborate across teams. This is a 12-month contract-to-hire position, onsite in New Orleans or Gulfport, with a salary around $120-125K plus bonuses.
