Lead Janitor

Join our Team as a Lead Janitor! The lead will help ensure all work completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and client quality standards. 

Schedule Hours: 4:00pm-12:30am (weekends required)

Job Duties:

• Lead and supervise janitorial/process cleaning staff during assigned shifts.
• Assigned daily tasks and monitor work quality and completion.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation of floors, walls, equipment, restrooms, breakrooms, and production areas.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment.
• Follow OSHA, safety, and company sanitation procedures.
• Inspect work areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance standards are met.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures
• Support emergency cleanups, spills, and special projects as needed.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Assist with training and cross-training employees as needed
• Other assigned duties to support operation needs

Requirements:

• Previous janitorial, industrial cleaning, or sanitation experience required.
• Strong communications and organized skills.
• Ability to work with other crew members
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
