Description
We are looking for a Lead Java Developer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS who can think beyond coding.
Key Responsibilities
Required Skills & Experience
- Design and build backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
- Translate architecture and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Actively engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements .
- Lead design discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices.
- Own deliverables end to end: development, testing, deployment readiness.
- 10+ years of experience in Java-based application development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience building and deploying applications on AWS.
- Solid understanding of system design, scalability, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills with a business-first mindset.
