BACKGROUND: Since 1952, Beacon Group has been creating opportunities for people with disabilities across Southern Arizona, Phoenix and beyond. As a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit, Beacon serves over 2000 people with disabilities each year. Beacon provides job training and placement, supported and center-based employment, and day treatment programs to assist nearly two-thirds of working-age people with disabilities who do not have a job. POSITION INTRODUCTION: The Lead Job Coach provides direct oversight and guidance to a team of Job Coaches and supports daily operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of Job Coaches and clients performing work for one or more Beacon Group Supported Employment initiatives. The Lead collaborates closely with the Business team and the Wolves team to ensure successful program outcomes and operational efficiency. While the Lead may occasionally perform individual coaching tasks, the majority of the role focuses on leadership, coordination, and resource management.
