Lead Journeyman Electrician

Michael Bonsby HVAC, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our growing team in Woodbridge, VA. You'll perform residential electrical service, repairs, and installations while delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality workmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Perform residential electrical installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical systems, wiring, and equipment.
• Complete wiring, rewiring, panel upgrades, and other residential electrical projects.
• Build trust with homeowners by clearly explaining findings and recommending solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site.
• Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events.

What We're Looking For

• Journeyman Electrician license (Virginia preferred or ability to meet state licensing requirements).
• 4+ years of residential electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.

Working Conditions

• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds.
