    About the Opportunity
    We are seeking a Lead Journeyman Plumber to join a well established team based in Essex County, Massachusetts.

    This is a hands on leadership role where you will be working in the field, leading projects, and supporting your team to ensure work is completed the right way. The majority of the work is residential, with some light commercial projects as well.

    This opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading others, and is looking for long term stability.


    What You’ll Do

    • Lead job sites and coordinate daily work to keep projects on track

    • Install, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems including boilers, water heaters, radiant heating systems, and fixtures

    • Communicate directly with homeowners and clients in a professional and clear manner

    • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local and state plumbing codes

    • Mentor and support apprentices and junior plumbers

    • Work closely with project leadership to ensure jobs are completed on time and within scope

    • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

    Requirements

    • Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License is required

    • Five or more years of plumbing experience in residential and or commercial settings

    • Experience leading projects or crews, or the ability to step into a leadership role

    • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

    • Good communication skills, especially in customer facing situations

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
