Position Details

Job Title: Lead Journeymen Plumbers

Pay Rate: $30 - $35

Location: Helotes, Texas

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: 5 9s (Monday through Friday, 9-hour shifts)

Start Date: ASAP

Scope of Work

• Lead and assist plumbing crews on commercial and residential projects
• Supervise and coordinate work of apprentices
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and building codes
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and implement solutions
• Work closely with project managers and clients to meet project timelines
• Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required
• Proven leadership skills in managing plumbing teams
• Skill in plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of plumbing codes and regulations
• Valid licensure as a journeyman plumber
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
