Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm to create a superior experience.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our delicious cake options.
• Suggest additional merchandise to enhance celebrations.
• Process orders efficiently and invite guests to join our Email Club for special promotions.
• Keep the bakery clean and organized, ensuring a delightful atmosphere.
• Assist in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
• Help with opening and closing the bakery, including register duties.
• Contribute to building marketing email lists for potential fundraisers.

Work Availability:

• Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
