FieldBridge Energy is hiring a Lead Laborer in Corpus Christi, TX to work for the 2nd world's largest oilfield service company. Weekly pay+Benefits.

Pay/Schedule: $17.50/hour, rotating 12-hour shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, averaging 40 to 60 hours per week. For example, at 60 hrs/week, earn weekly paychecks of $1,225 gross.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Lead Laborer to support general labor, plant maintenance, and material handling activities at our Corpus Christi facility. In this role you will report to the Foreman or General Foreman, assist with construction and maintenance tasks, support plant production operations, and provide guidance to lower level craftsmen. This position requires mechanical aptitude, strong safety awareness, and the ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a rotating shift environment.

Key Responsibilities
Move materials and equipment to work locations and set up job sites Prepare construction sites, pour and spread concrete, set forms, and finish surfaces Participate in routine and turnaround plant maintenance projects and activities Support plant production activities including receiving and shipping materials and products Provide leadership, instruction, and guidance to lower level craftsmen as directed by supervisor

Required Qualifications
Experience operating heavy equipment Maintenance experience or mechanically inclined background Basic math and computer skills Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities Positive attitude and motivated self starter who works well independently and in a team setting Willingness to follow all safety rules, wear required PPE, and participate in company safety programs Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
