Pay & Schedule
- Target compensation: $25 $26/hour
- Full-time, year-round position
- Consistent work through all seasons including winter operations
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape crews
- Operate ride-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, weed whackers, Bobcats, and light equipment
- Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and maintain production standards
- Assist with snow removal and winter hardscape work
- Maintain safe and efficient work practices
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and no points
- Clean background
- Prior landscape crew leadership experience
- Comfortable operating landscape and light construction equipment
- Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance
- Ability to work year-round in varying weather conditions
